About the Department
The Kampot Provincial Information Department is a basic unit of the Ministry of Information and is the headquarters of the Ministry of Information and Kampot Provincial Administration, cooperating and coordinating with ministries, institutions, and provincial administrations to manage information and public opinion by disseminating information in all forms.
Vision
Citizens receive public services and benefits from basic development provided by sub-national administrations in an inclusive and socially equitable manner, contributing to achieving the broader objectives of national economic and social development and transforming Cambodia into an upper-middle-income country by 2030.
Mission
Write articles, prepare interviews, and produce videos, audio messages, images, and newsletters on the policies, strategies, activities, and achievements of the Royal Government and the provincial administration to disseminate quickly, efficiently, and effectively, especially live on television and radio, and expand the scope of broadcasting and respond promptly to all negative news with a proactive and cooperative spirit, with the aim of protecting the achievements, works, and reputation of the Royal Government and the provincial administration.
